OCT. I never thought I'd be busy enough to keep a record of things that happened. It's a good thing I carry lil "Venus" with me to capture moments as they pass by. Recently I've been invited/asked to help organize photo shoots. Seriously, I'm rethinking if I should make a business out of this. *ahem*

But after all the typhoon incidents, even I wanted to put off my plans for a while. Yet I had enough time to work on the 1st project of the month. I had to research a lot.. since my work sa far only revolved around the Final fantasy series. First of, meet my model.. hello ~kinoshi14, you are absolutely love!

Such a willing angel. *hug* We dared ourselves to shoot in a park where I knew it strictly needed a permit. But I knew that park too well, knew where the guards will be posted, and knew when to make an escape when the time came. There was a morning mass in the chapel nearby. We would wait while the people left. A plan was already imprinted in my mind, enumerating the agenda as we went on getting my model dressed-up. ku ku ku~! I took teaser shots first.. then my model was ready.. qnd you put two-on-two together.. VOILA! See album here: [link]

We spent a few hours, two or three, around the park using every area we could find for a good shot. It was nearly 5pm for the afternoon mass. Then an idea came to mind.

Mass would start in a few minutes and the guard was still hot on our trail. The only thing to do was to attend mass. Once we were done, people were everywhere and it was getting dark. We exited the park with the crowd and headed straight to the nearest mall without looking back. When my model got changed, we took one last shot to remember this day. Now that's using you head! And surprisingly, I got a big one wahhh~! O.o

In the next week came the most anticipated day of my life. I turned a year older and for the first time I actually had something to look forward to.. spending my birthday celebration with the two favorite men in my life. I treated them out to burger and fish fillet, we love hogging over french fries and wedgies! They dared me to order the Wasabi burger.. aiyahhhhh! Then my brother treated the movie. "The truth is ugly after all." - quoted from Abby in the movie THE UGLY TRUTH. It was absolutely hilarious, we couldn't stop laughing! LOL Then we stopped by the toy store and I took shots of all the cute GachaPon toys I could find! Coming home, I was even greeted by a big "nyao!" on our doorstep. *hugs the fat ket Saku-chan* aww i love you boys! Me with happy smile

The next thing on the list is a special birthday gift to myself. I rounded up some friends to help me make my birthday wish come true.

It was just perfect timing that I chose to cosplay Mint of Threads of Fate (game) on the month of my birthday. I first cosplayed her on Cosplay Mania 2009 and finally got to catwalk again for the 2nd time. Mint is a very important character to me because everything started with her. The 1st RPG game i ever finished and the only female character that changed my life. *hugs* Many thanks to z3ll and jerome for making this happen. The biggest thanks to Knie-kun for being there once again as my one-and-only rival hihi! Hugs to: maddie, knie-kun, roan and ian. Support crew: loki, jessica and reisha. So far, I was having a blast this year.. or so I thought. That's when mom and dad paid us a surprise visit on a short notice, all the way from abroad. It definitely did not feel right. This sudden turn of events forced me to cancel all my plans for October.. X_x and I had a lot of it mind you). But this cannot compare to the news we got so it was a sacrifice I had to take. I cannot go into details just yet.. but I'd like to ask your prayers to bless my family. We're all bearing it as we speak. *kitty wants hug*

On the positive note, I've updated my cosplay plans for this year. I'm pretty sure I can still stick to my scheduled line-up on November. I've gone too far and too close. I just want to get it over with. Wish me luck~! *mew*
